1930s Bath Interpretation
A retired couple in a classic 1930s Denver bungalow wanted a new bathroom that would allow them to age in place and that matched the era of the home. Hand poured subway tile in muted tones provided texture and traditional tile trim and detailing added the historical honesty. Original tile discovered during demolition validated our efforts. We squeezed in a double vanity, which the husband appreciated, and added wall mounted shelving for storage. Decorative grab bars in the shower provide safety while contributing to the charm.
